Scheduling Terms and Conditions

Tuition Fees
All tuition fees are 100% non-refundable. All sales are final. Transfer/rescheduling is permitted only within the rescheduling windows outlined below.

General Rescheduling Window (All Standard Bookings)
You may cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before the scheduled class start time. Requests made within 2 hours of the start time are not eligible for credit transfer or rescheduling. If you do not enter the Zoom classroom within the first 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, it is considered a no-show; you will not be admitted, and the credit/fee for that class is forfeited.

Class Passes (Standard, non-gift)
Class passes allow you to register for the selected number of classes within 30 days of purchase. Passes expire after 30 days. All sales are final; unused classes at the end of the 30 days are not redeemable.

Gift Class Packs (3 or 5 credits)
Gift Class Packs are valid for live group classes only (not valid for private lessons or 1:1 coaching). One credit is deducted per class booked.

Expiration: As listed on your gift certificate. Unused credits after that date are not redeemable

Cancellation/Rescheduling: Must be done at least 2 hours before the scheduled class start time.

No-Show / Late Arrival: If you have not entered the Zoom classroom within 10 minutes of the start time, it is a no-show; you will not be admitted, and the credit is used.

Capacity: Class capacity limits apply; if a class is full, please select another time.

Private Lessons
We require a 24-hour rescheduling notice for all private lessons. If you do not request a reschedule at least 24 hours before the lesson begins, the session is forfeited, and no transfer credit will be issued.

Email Correspondence & Consent
By registering for a class, pass, or package, you agree to receive email correspondence to facilitate your class experience (e.g., confirmations, reminders, updates) and occasional news or promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting contact@jenakocsisdance.com

Live Class Recording & Participant Consent
Live group classes hosted via Zoom (or other third-party platforms) may be recorded for educational and business purposes, including inclusion in paid and/or free recorded video content. By registering for and/or attending a live class, you give permission for Jena Kocsis to record the session and to use, reproduce, and distribute the recording without compensation.

If you prefer not to appear on camera, you may choose to keep your camera off and/or adjust your display name. Please note that audio, chat, and on-screen presence (if the camera is on) may still be captured as part of the recording.

Jena Kocsis reserves exclusive rights to any recording of the class. Participant recording, photographing, screenshotting, or otherwise copying any portion of a class is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of fees/credits.

Assumption of Risk & Release
I am fully aware and understand that there are risks and dangers associated with dance classes, which may include, but are not limited to, bodily injury and partial or total disability. I agree to hold Jena Kocsis harmless from any and all liability, both in their professional capacity and personally, for any injury or illness resulting from or in any way connected with my participation in classes, activities, or special events hosted at www.jenakocsisdance.com. I understand that I am choosing to participate with this full understanding and am willing to accept all risk and liability.

These Scheduling Terms and Conditions are incorporated into, and should be read together with, the Legal Policies available at www.jenakocsisdance.com (including recording and participation policies).
